The Planning Lead-Time
Quality takes a seat at the table. Because we maintain absolute site command, our production calendar is often booked 6 to 9 months in advance.
The "Wait" is the Quality Control: We are selective with our projects to ensure every client gets our full tactical focus.
Design & Permitting: This phase typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Between architectural renderings, material selections, and local municipal approvals, we don't start until the "paper build" is perfect.
Material Logistics: The Lead-Time Reality

Bespoke Cabinetry & Windows: These high-end elements can carry lead times of 12 to 24 weeks.
The Honey Rule: We do not begin demolition until your critical path materials—cabinets, windows, and specialized fixtures—are either in our "Material Bay" or have a guaranteed delivery date. We refuse to leave your home in a "gutted" state while waiting on a shipping container.
